Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AvatarForge AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

AvatarForge AI provides tools for creating talking avatar videos from uploaded media, voice samples, scripts, and related inputs. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change over time.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Your Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create using the service, subject to the rights needed for us to operate AvatarForge AI.

By using the service, you represent and warrant that:

  • you own or control the necessary rights to all uploaded content
  • you have permission to use any voice, likeness, or personal data included in your materials

Prohibited Uses

You may not use AvatarForge AI to:

  • infringe another party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • create deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, abusive, harassing, or defamatory content
  • impersonate a person without appropriate authorization
  • upload malicious code or interfere with service security or reliability
  • attempt to access data, systems, or accounts without authorization
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service beyond permitted use

AI Output and Responsibility

Generated previews and videos may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or distributing them.

Plans, Pricing, and Payments

Free and paid features may be offered under separate usage limits and plan terms. If paid plans are introduced:

  • pricing may change from time to time
  • subscription terms will apply to the selected plan
  • third-party payment providers may process billing transactions
  • you may cancel subscription renewal at any time
  • fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, exposed the platform to legal or operational harm, or used the service in a fraudulent or abusive way.

Intellectual Property
